Very satisfied with our purchase from Renault London West, Simon was lovely and clear to deal with and the whole process was smooth and professional.
I'd recommend Renault London West to anyone because.... firstly I felt very reassured and safe spending such a large amount of money with them as they have really good and strong reviews, reputation and the communication with the sales team was clear and fast.
I dealt with a lovely sales man called Parminder who clearly explained to me everything I was entitled to with my purchase and he worked fast to get the car to me as soon as possible. I didn't feel any pressure or fear in my purchase. The payments were made in a secure way.
When my car arrived, it was on time and in perfect condition too.
I would say, this was a faultless service.

I'd definitely recommend Renault London West to friends and family because it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Went to see another car originally but saw a brand new car that ticked all the boxes. Preregistered so drove it away a couple of days later. Unlike other dealerships I didn't feel patronised or pushed to make a decision hence I decided on the spot.

Renault London West were great because everything was explained and my preferences were listened and taken into consideration. All paperwork done on site, I didn't have to worry about it. Parminder was a great sales person with attention to detail
